For the past 10 years, the Board members, the community partners and volunteers of Sickle Cell Thalassemia Patients Network (SCTPN) have dedicated themselves to helping people with Sickle Cell and related diseases through an Annual Walk-For-Education & Awareness. This year, our 11th Annual Walk-For-Education & Awareness will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2009 in Central Park.
While helping families is the top priority of SCTPN, funds will be used to increase public awareness of sickle cell disease and other hemoglobin disorders. A portion of the funds raised is used to support its Undergraduate Scholarship and the Lori N. Fleming Belanger Graduate Scholarship Fund.
Register by June 30th and you'll receive an Invitation to our Kick-off Event on July 23rd and receive a free gift.

All items will have the SCTPN or SCTPN WALK logo on them.
Additional items can be ordered. Items must be ordered by 9/30/09 to ensure pricing.
To qualify for awards, all pledges must be received and company gift matches must be submitted by 9/30/09.
Prizes will be ready for pick up shortly after the WALK. Please allow until 10/31/09 for notification.
Prizes not claimed by 11/21/09 will be forfeited.
Winners may not substitute or transfer prizes. SCTPN reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize |
